To be included in the Spring Lottery, applications must be complete and submitted to the office by the specified deadline posted by CCC.
Completed applications received AFTER the spring deadline will be placed on our wait list in the order received.
The date and time of the public lottery will be announced early spring.
A Wait List for each grade level is created when all openings in that grade level are filled, and students on the list will be contacted if and when an opening occurs. Names are added in the order completed applications are received.
For each completed application or applications, each family will be assigned one number. This number will be randomly drawn. The family name that is associated with this number will be announced along with the grade(s) for each student applicant from this family. The grade level keeper will announce either that the applicant is “IN” or the waitlist placement for each student applicant under the family name.
Families are notified in writing of Lottery results (grade placement or wait list placement) within two weeks after the public lottery.Enrollment forms are due 2 weeks after notice of acceptance.
